How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for smaller events and 2-3 months for large productions or during peak season (September-December).

What is included in your services?

Our services typically include professional performers, traditional costumes, basic sound equipment, and a team coordinator. Additional options like custom staging, enhanced sound systems, or extended durations can be arranged.

Do you provide equipment and setup?

Yes, we provide basic sound equipment and traditional props. For larger events, we can arrange additional equipment or work with your existing AV team.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and company checks.
